Liver Cirrhosis is the liver which is completely (Destruction) of our liver and has become very tight. The liver is mostly damaged and destroyed and replaced by fibrous bands, which is fibrous. The liver is hard, its size is also small. Liver is very useful and necessary for metabolism in our body. In any liver disease, the amount of protein, fats and graves in the body and metabolism are affected. Due to liver cyrosis, liver function slow down and has various effects on the body.
There can be many reasons for cyrhosis, that is,
- Continuous drinking of alcohol - (Alcoholic Cirrhosis) - Drinking excessively causes swelling in the liver and cyrhosis.
- Increase in liver fat-(NASH-Non Alcoholic Steato Hepatitis) - Grade 3 and 4
- Hepatitis B & C is a jaundice disease - It is necessary to check this virus while donating blood. If a patient has to donate blood during surgery or for other reasons, there can be a liver infection of B or C virus from that blood. Also, always use a new needle while getting injections. Otherwise there is a possibility of an above infection.
- Excessive consumption of some medicines (Methotrexamte, Nicotinic Acid) can cause cyrhosis.
- Defects in congenital liver-Wilson disease or if there is a birth obstacle in the bile tube, it can cause cyrhosis.
- Sometimes there is no reason for cyrhosis cryptogenic). This patient may have ANA (anti nuclear antibodies) positive.
Symptoms:
In this disease, first liver cells burst, slow down their function and slowly eradicate them. His space is filled with fibrous fibers, which are of no use. Because of this, the work of liver and liver starts to decrease slowly.
These are the symptoms of weight loss and feeling fatigue in the beginning. But when the disease starts to increase, there are symptoms of jaundice, water in the stomach (jalodar), swelling in the feet. In this disease, the patient often gets diarrhea and indigestion. Right side of stomach hurts and also slow down hunger.
Due to the tightening of the liver, blood flow in the liver decreases and the blue in the stomach (Portal Hypertension) increases blood pressure. Because of this, the patient can bleed from the food vessel. This bleeding can be stopped by treating telescope at such times.
The person begins to suffer from jaundice, suffering from indigestion, delusion (the patient may faint) and as said in the beginning, the blood vomits.
The diagnosis of this disease is various blood tests, sonography and C. T. Can be done by scanning. Cirrhosis is classified into grade A, B or C (Childs grades) by doing various blood tests. A grade is the beginning while C grade is the last stage disease.
Cirrhosis often comes to know only when the disease takes a serious form. Because the misunderstanding we have about jaundice. These patients are taken to the doctor only after taking home, rural medicines for jaundice and strengthening the disease.
But often it happens that in routine checkups, hepatitis B or C is found and these patients get proper treatment from the beginning.
